The place just opened in 2010 and is very nice, however they only have 16 doctors and each is assigned over 1200 patients last time I heard. When I came July of 2011 I got my orientation and first doctor visit in 6 weeks, now I hear it's up to a 9 month wait. You'll see nothing but Vets and could probably make some contacts when you go.

Is this long of a wait typical for VA clinics, or does the high concentration of older vets in and around TV drive the wait time up?
