WHY? Even the biggest fans of TV has to admit, that jingle is a little corny.

We were thinking if we could get it we'd be assured of privacy while using the computer!

Every now and again I'll click on one of the Villages web sites which triggers the jingle. It never fails to get a reaction from one of my sons. They want to beat me! I wonder if someone in the Computer club could extract the sound clip from the Villages DVD? Of course you could always record it.

Go to [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL8gYPEawTY"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL8gYPEawTY[/ame] That's the jingle you're looking for, I believe. Then download and run this software to do the YouTube-to-MP3-file conversion: http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products...-Converter.htm It will allow you to take any YouTube video and create an MP3 file on your computer from the audio track. The software's free and I've found that it works well. Note: I believe it gives you several options when running the resulting software regarding the quality of the output file. Select the highest quality they offer - the audio will sound the best.

Not sure how to get it on your computer.

However, I do have it as a ringtone on my iphone.

If you have an iphone, I can help.

I agree it may be corny....BUT very catchy! Whenever I tell someone we live in TV, they say where? And I will sing the jingle and most will say, "YES! I have heard of it!"

Default We should all send this You Tube tune to Andrew Blechman's web-site.

That's the Leisureville writer. http://www.andrewblechman.com/

Bill,

The download and running the conversion software to do the YouTube-to-MP3-file worked great. Also used Sourceforge Audacity to massage the mp3 file. Thank you for your input, and my better half also thanks you!

Helios,

Since I was able to convert youtube to mp3, I can use the mp3 file as a ringtone. Thanks for the offer though!
