Default Be in the Villages Soon

Well the house is sold, our new house is progressing nicely and it looks like we will be in The Villages the 15th of June. It will be good to get to warmer weather. Frost warning last night and a high of 53 with a 10 MPH wind today. So ready.

Welcome to TV, and some much warmer weather. As soon as you move in, you will probably be inundated with solicitors, welcome wagon, and water system sales people, JUST SAY NO THANK YOU. There are many threads on what you may want to do right away. IMHO, take your time, get used to your new digs, the area, your neighbors, etc., then think about what might need to be done.
You have moved to a wonderful place, take your time to adjust to paradise, then see if you need to make changes. Then do your research, ask questions, lots of questions, you will find lots of people very willing to help.

I agree about the water treatment people. Just get into the habit of letting your voicemail pick-up first, as they will hound you.

Congrats, Best wishes as you start living the dream.

Yep tired of bringing in the flowers at night. It snowed on and off Sunday. May is the new March up north. You are coming into the rainy season in TV but at least it will be warm. Welcome Home

To deal with all the junk calls you will be receiving try something like this: Tom Mabe – Telemarketer Crime Scene Prank - A funny video on DIGYOUROWNGRAVE
