Hello everyone, this is our first post!

We’re visiting soon from Atlanta and hope to take advantage of the introductory week to explore the villages. We want to get to know everything and everybody, and learn about all the fun that is waiting for us there and decide how our time there might fit into our future lifestyle.

Bob - a young 70 - former HVAC business owner, life of the party and loves to laugh and make new friends. Hobbies include, collecting and restoring Pinball games, fitness, classic cars (have two Corvettes) photography, table tennis, scuba diving, music- (plays the drums), darts, Pickleball, golf, any type of games, former track and football athlete. Native of Maine.

Venetia - a Lively and outgoing 61 - fun loving redhead, former medical business operations consultant, a great cook, loves all kinds of games (she’s very competitive!), wicked sense of humor. Loves music, classic rock and Southern rock, very arts and crafty, painting, horses, loves decorating, swimming and is a super grandma. (We have 13 of ‘em - is that a record?). Oh ..and Wine Native of Georgia.

We will probably fly into Orlando and Rent-A-Car to go to the villages.

If anyone would like to respond or has any shared / common interests (or to convince us to be - or not be - your new neighbor) feel free to reach out. We are pretty mainstream people who are just big kids (with the occasional wild outburst )

Chances are we will be there in mid /late May. We will post an update soon and hope to narrow down some contacts and activities with new friends.
