Golf Cart Insurance for Renters

We recently purchased a home in Shady Brook. We will be snowbirds for probably 2 years.
Today we purchased a golf cart. We intend to allow our renter's to use it.

Can anyone recommend their experiences when alowing renter's to use the golf cart?
I.E. Insurance, Liability, etc.
