Default We Came, Sought and Bought lot in Fernandina

Where's the Village of Fernandina you ask?

Morse S. to Pinellas S. of 466A

Right next to the Village of Sanibel and 1st street W. of Bonifay CC on Bonifay Path.

We will be building a Sanibel house on Braddock Ct. and can't wait.

We drove the golf cart up and down Morse and Bueana Vista and realize we would not do well on the Amazing race but we made it.

We stayed 4 nights in Creekside Villas and had a great time.

Now back and listing our house today.

Not bad after visiting TV for the 1st time in January and being fairly skeptical re our thoughts on TV.

How 1 visit changes your mind that fast!!!!!

Keith, glad you overcame your initial skepticism! Congrats! Hope it all goes smoothly and that you get your current home sold in a reasonable timeframe.

Default Congratulations!

Doesn't take long to love it, does it. You did well. Trust your home will sell in good time and you will be ready to move when the build is finished.

aljetmet - There's a Premier model called "The Sanibel".

I know - it does get confusing. Sanibel home, Village of Sanibel.........but fortunately, he'll be in Fernandina!

That Sanibel model is awesome. Huge bedroom and great big closet. You are gonna love it!! Excellent choice!

A very WARM welcome to you and abject apologies for ever thinking you were a young kid...but now that you have committed to move here, you will soon be looking at acne medications.

Thank you everyone.

Who'd have thought that Koolaid everyone talks about would have kicked in so fast?
We visited friends in Jan and bought a lot in Feb. Why didn't I pack some Valium on this trip?

We come back in March for 6 days to pick stuff out and hopefully stay in budget.

The Saniblel model for us was a slam dunk. We are going with the 3 car garage, 3rd bath/ pool bath, summer kitchen, salt water pool and most likely solar heat for the pool.
We are having the builder do it all rather than tear out landscape and exist lanai etc.
All but the pool recieves a 4% discount from the builder which really helps.
Now where is the GEM car dealer located?

Hi and welcome ... we're the half-built Seabrook on your corner & will close late April; have met some very nice neighbors-to-be and feels like a friendly, comfortable 'fit'.
