In the Designer Series both the Gardenia and Begonia have 2 BRs and a den. If I remember correctly if you have room on your lot your can add 3' to the den. You end up with a 2' closet and and extra 1' on the front.

The new-builds with 2 bedrooms and den are the Gardenia, Begonia and Sunflower, i believe. They are Designers. Go to The Villages website. It helped me immensely to do the virtual tours before I made my decision.

We have a Begonia that was listed as 2 beds and a den --We stretched the front room 3 feet which adds a closet for a 3rd bedroom

If I can give you one suggestion --Stetch your home as much as your lot allows --it makes a difference --you will not be sorry --It is realitivy cheap while building ---

Good Luck

Hi Sonja,
Our ranch, not a designer home is 7 years old. It has the two bedrooms with den. When we purchased pre-owned last year, it was referred to as a Corpus Christie. Hope this helps!
