There are manufactured homes sprinkled here and there in some of the older villages in Lake County on the West side of 441 near Spanish Springs that are newer than the ones in the "historic" area East of 441. They probably date from the late 80's or so. Also, people have replaced original manufactured homes with newer manufactured homes and that process is ongoing.

Yup, saw a couple of new units being placed on waterview lots in the historic section just the other day.
