We bought in August and are up here in Vermont wondering about the amenity bill? Who sends it to us and when is it due and to whom? Another in the long list of questions we should probably know the answer to put somehow we don't.

I setup a local account and have that bill, gas and electric automatically taken out each month.

Until about 3 months ago it was a stand alone bill sent to you monthly. Now it is incorporated in your water /sewage / garbage bill sent to you monthly. Dont worry, they will send it to you assuming they have your out of state address. At closing they should have asked where you want your bills sent.

Thanks, They do have our forwarding address. We will probably hear from them soon. We did the closing from here by faxes so I think we probably missed some of the helpful chatter. I told my husband, I would get some good help from you all.

We bought on Rielly Rd which I think is in Lynnhaven. I haven't yet seen the house! We visited in March and then in June. My husband returned in July and bought the patio villa. He has been retired for two years so he is very motivated to move. I still work full time in a rewarding but complex job, so it is a bigger move for me. The TOTV site is a virtual neighborhood!

We were in the same boat. I was ready to come down yesterday, the wife hated the thought of moving here away from family and friends. We moved down 2 plus years ago. It only took her a few weeks to totally fall in love with this place. And we have never regretted the move.
