On February 11, 2015, the Amenity Authority Committee awarded the contract for the demolition and reconstruction of the new El Santiago Recreation Center. For the safety of both residents and workers, please refrain from entering the construction zone. ^ The interior of the new facility will be 7,600 sq. feet, comparable to other Village Recreation Centers in the community. The exterior of the building is substantially complete and the landscaping is nearing completion. The interior finishes are being installed such as cabinets and wallcoverings.
