Re: 4:19 AM..........
GM Donna. I fell asleep sometime last night and woke up about 30 minutes ago. So, guess I'm an early bird (?). Either way, ugh. No one should be up this time of the morning. Hope you get some sleep soon.

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Hi to all my fellow Night Owls,
The weather here is beautiful and the birds haven't started chirping yet. I am thinking of all the stuff I have to do and then realize I will be dragging tomorrow. I have taken NoDoze when I am very tired in the morning. Take the pill and fall asleep in five minutes. So that is no help. Any ideas on how to increase one's energy level? HB |

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Red are you up this early because of work.
Glad to hear your business is picking up. It is not easy to start a new business. HB |

Re: 4:19 AM..........
No, I'm up out of sheer bad luck. One of those who truly cannot sleep more than 5 hours unless ill. I dropped off last night ON my bed, fully dressed. Woke up at 3:30 am, so guess I dropped off around 10:30 or so last night -- know I didn't make the news.
Business is picking up. Not where I need to be but getting there. Hmm, think I can guilt all of you guys to use me instead of who you're using now? rofl (Hey, I can try, right?)

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Hi, birds have been chattering for a while now. Sun is slowly rising.
Red, it takes a while for any business to get off the ground. The fact that yours' is means you are definitely doing something right. HB |

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Still dark here but the birds chatter 24/7 -- just different ones at different times. I do love the quiet times. I'll sit on the lanai, read my paper and just stop and listen and enjoy. The girls will be stretched out and occasionally raise their heads to see what is rustling in the bushes, then back down and more snoozes. I'm truly not a morning person, but it is the most peaceful time.

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Good morning!!!
I've been up since 5:30 AM but that's my regular time for a work day. I have to admit to waking up at 4:30 AM though and I think it was somewhere around 5 that I finally got back to sleep. Hardly seems worth it but since it was close to 1 AM by the time I actually fell asleep I figure even a few minutes would help. lol

Re: 4:19 AM..........
Okay I got up at 4. ONLY to get the toys ready to go fish a bass tournament. I love the mornings. As for the tournament I should have stayed home. Handie was correct. The Osprey did catch more than I.
