Has anyone installed something like this? Where you pleased? Who was contractor? Thank you.

We have it in our guest bedrooms. We are very satisfied with the tile; it is durable and attractive.

Floormasters installed it. The team they sent out were a brother and sister. The install in the front bedroom was fine, but they screwed up in the middle room. Rather than calculating the middle of the room and putting the cut plank at the back wall, they simply started at the back wall ~ leaving a plank of approx 2" in the doorway of the room. This is unacceptable, just plain wrong. I had a fit, called the store. They sent out a manager who ordered them to rip it out and do it right.

They were scheduled to be at my home four days. I believe they took short cuts in order to squeeze in another job. Floormasters did make it right, and I am sure the installers were corrected.

make sure they put it down in a random pattern so it looks like wood and not tile.

We had it installed in our living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom in a herringbone pattern and we think it looks beautiful. Our contractor was fantastic - meticulous and fast and reasonable. His name is Steve Blackburn 352-227-7193. If you'd like to see pictures you can email me. reedforu@gmail.com
