I have a 14 serr rated AC unit and had to have the condensing coil replaced. Have a 10 year parts and labor on the unit so no cost to me but I never did like Trane didnt really want it when build the house would rather have had Carrier. If I ever have problems again will probably make them replace the whole unit but with carrier. Yes it's hard to stop a Trane because it's hard to get them started

Folks, this should not be a surprise, us getting caught with inferior products built into the high priced homes available here in TV. This is how builders make their money!
