Andre Rieu is amazing. We were fortunate enough once to stumble upon one of his free outdoor performances in a square in Cortona, Italy. In fact, we got displaced from our hotel room and put in a small apartment due to their having to accommodate the orchestra.

We were jam-packed in with the crowd viewing the performance, and I so envied the lucky people whose apartments around the square afforded them a first-class view. What a talented man--speaks so many languages and is so musically talented.

We investigated attending a concert he was giving in Pittsburgh (or was it Detroit?) but the tickets were close to $400. It made us even more appreciative of the free concert.

That sure was an amazing performance of "I Will Follow Him".

I doubt that Peggy March would have dreamed of that when her song hit #1 on the charts in 1963.

Last year, I saw Peggy March at Katie Belle's on one of Rocky & The Rollers specials. She still sings great!

Andre Rieu world tour usually plays every two years in Orlando, FL. Last year's performance at the Amway Center was really outstanding. It was well worth the trip and the price.
