Default Is anyone else having trouble with Netflix?

I checked my Netflix account and I'm all paid up. I can't load a movie. It does not load past 25%. I went to troubleshooting Netflix online and our area is experiencing problems and so is many other areas.

Is anyone else reading this having a problem with Netflix?

At one point we tried Netflix and had the same problem and could not resolve with Netflix or Comcast so cxl'd it. We tried again recently and purchased a new router Netgear Nighthawk and it solve our problems. Have to thank Tom, Villages AV for assisting us with this and also putting the TV on the wall - terrific work at reasonable price.

We had a problem with Netflix. We use Centurylink--they had to change the port on our router-by doing that--our speed doubled--no more Netflix problem

Default netflix

We were having a problem occasionally loading part of the way and stopping. I recently upgraded my router and that seems to help.

Many times rebooting your cable modem & router will solve this problem; I had it last night. If you use a Roku restart that as well.

thanks all
I rebooted. It's working.
Any self-respecting know-it-all should have thought of rebooting. I hope I don't get fired.

Yes! Neflix said it was the WiFi strength and that I needed to call the carrier for a boost. The carrier said the strength was fine.

Did the carrier come out to your house to investigate? WiFi signal strength decreases with distance.
