I was reading a news article yesterday about possible electricity shortages in Texas this summer. They had that problem last summer. People using air conditioning was one factor listed. Another factor listed was crypto currency mining! Seems to me that could be eliminated during an electricity shortage

I wonder why the Texas legislature has not passed such a law cutting off electricity to certain businesses.
