Default Vegetable Gardens

I notice that the price of tomatoes here is extremely high and they are not particularly tasty. I am sure vegetable gardens are prohibited on my villages property. Does anyone know where we can "lease" some space to try our luck growing them ourselves?

Definately try growing some on your lanai or carefully placed in your yard. I have grown grape and cherry tomatoes in large pots on my deck in a previous home. Such fun to go out and pick a few while making a salad for dinner. :2cool:

I've been growing one in a large pot and got about 30-40 tomatoes before frost got it. Don't think anyone would object to that.
