You can find the recipe here Bell'''s Poultry/Stuffing Seasoning Recipe - Food.com

Know what you are talking about. Have not seen this in a few years, however, McCormicks makes poultry seasoning and I do believe it is close to Bells.

I use it for my stuffing and cannot find it this year.
It comes in a small yellow box with a turkey on it.
Thanks!

We had a son in law who liked cornbread, husband liked oyster and most who liked celery onion. NONE had sausage, but I am open to it. Sounds great. Keep suggestions coming.

P.S. Does anyone put giblets in the dressing/stuffing? I boiled them for years and added them, now I give them to the kitties and put cooked ahead chicken in the dressing/stuffing.

Thanks for that.
I believe that here also, the trend now is to cooking separate the 'dressing' because of the Salmonella threat.
We only have turkey at Christmas in UK.
I always liked the old way, as the 'stuffed' bird always tasted more moist.
Giblets were boiled down for gravy, then fed to dogs/cats.
Much prefer a nice leg of lamb myself!

Amazon has it!

Hi. I checked on Amazon for you. It’s available there for $12 for two boxes. Free shipping if you’re a Prime member. And by the way, my mom used this when I was growing up! I remember the box with the Turkey on it!

The great thing about stuffing is the wide variety of recipes!! We have a sausage and chestnut stuffing which we have used for years. Started using canned chestnuts since they were already skinned. Have had to order the chestnuts from Amazon since we couldn't find them here at Publix, Fresh Market or Walmart.

When preparing turkey to roast, is it the American way to put the stuffing inside the rear end, and sausage meat at neck end, cover bird with bacon as many do in UK?
Do you cook stuffing/sausage meat in separate dish/tray?

I don’t cook my stuffing in the bird as they say it’s unsafe.

Supposed to be at Publix, Target or Walmart. Always Google the product you're looking for.

Sold out.

Never heard of it. What’s in it? I use sage and poultry seasoning in my stuffing.

Rosemary, oregano, sage, ginger, marjoram, thyme and pepper

It’s the sage in it that just makes the stuffing.

I have been buying it for 23 years at Publix and this year no luck.

You can make your own if Walmart does not get it in

WM is the only place I have seen that sells it here. But you can make your own and keep in an air tight jar, or, just make the quantity you need. Here are the ratios of their formula, just double, triple, to make your own jar by doing 4 or more times each of the measures given.

YIELD: 1 serving
UNITS: US
INGREDIENTS
Nutrition

1⁄4
teaspoon thyme
3⁄4
teaspoon sage
1⁄4
teaspoon marjoram
1⁄4
teaspoon rosemary
1⁄4
teaspoon black pepper
1⁄4
teaspoon nutmeg

A holiday turkey with stuffing NOT cooked all day in the turkey with the natural juices flowing through it all day, unthinkable in our old Midwestern town. Funny how people from various locations do things ! Never put the giblets in the stuffing, dried bread, eggs, spices, celery were main ingredients, most families from our area have their own "secrets" to add like a bit of onion and even chopped cranberries and pecans ! Giblets are always boiled GENTLY in our family, so as not to get tough, and then diced to be added to the gravy, with some gravy reserved for the children who usually do not want giblets in theirs. :icon_wink:
