Have you seen some of the spare tires? Not taking about donuts 🍩, but big foot tires. Probably haven’t seen there feet for 30 years. yes 🙌 saving calorie or two helps, especially when 12 packs are involved.

In the old days, military bases supplied 3% beer at base enlisted clubs due to young military members not being old enough to purchase alcoholic beverages off base. They called this beer "near beer" since it was hardly alcoholic.

The "need" comes when one's eyesight fails. their sensation weakens, their circulation gets worse...

All of which make it danger to do it oneself...

I've had to perform amputations because a patient didn't feel it when the nicked the tip of their toe and then developed gangrene...
