I had a Miata, very much fun to drive. If you have any questions my opinion is the Miata.net website. You can search or ask any question and it will be answered. It is the TOTV of the Miata world.

you mean a "poor man's Porsche"? Had a 2001 & loved it, was a hoot to drive, they handle so good. Have owned several Mazdas over the years & never had any serious problems with any of them. The best thing about a Miata: you can completely wash one in about five minutes. Very easy to maintain.

I would love to have one. Back in the 70's I had a couple MG's, a Midget and then an MGB Roadster. They were junk compared to the Miata.

This past summer, we stayed at a hotel in Pincher Creek Alberta. Staying at the same hotel was a Miata Club from Idaho, we figured there were about 50 in all and the owners were on a week long road trip. It was obvious the cameraderie amonst the group and the pride in their Miata's.

I have test driven a couple and am still considering getting one. I would have no hesitation in buying one.

I have a 1990 Miata (bought it from a friend in 1991). It has 204,000 miles on it. Never any problems. Fun to drive. BTW, the Villages Miata club meats next Monday, 10 AM at Bacall rec center.

I have a '99 10AV. Bought it new. It is bulletproof! Great car to drive and customize. I also had a MGB back in the 70's and this is a much better car and so fun! Most used ones are very well taken care of, if looking used.
