Default Closing a bag

This may belong under The Village Kitchen but since it's not a recipe I decided to put it here.

Wish someone had shown me this years ago. So easy! Click on the video to watch.

I have to admit it does take some practice.

It was so funny yesterday at my daughter's house for Mother's Day. I had everyone trying to close the bag using this folding technique. But...we all did it....well, some better than others! ;D We all agreed that it was a great tip and we all plan to use it from now on.

Me too Donna, I use em for everything, raisins, brown sugar, holding boxes like pasta closed, even for bags of frozen veggies.

But will have to try this technique, tho it looks like the bag has to have plenty of space left at the top...
