There was a previous thread about Ford vehicles that do not offer updates to their built-in navigation systems. I have a 2017 Ford Escape, and was just able to order a navigation map update using this web site.

So, if you have a Ford vehicle, you may want to check to see if you can purchase an updated map. I ordered the preloaded usb device for $152, but you can also download the update on a usb for $109.

I know that I can use Google maps or other systems on my phone, but I like to use the built-in system, and I have a good relationship with the navigation lady inside my car.

"WAZE" app is great! I get it on my car touch screen from my phone with android auto. And it's not only FREE..... it's the most up-to-date. Check it out.
