Xfinity out again. Stuck on one channel.

Congratulation Comcast another week starting look like last week!

Me too. Seems like they are out everyday for the last two weeks sometimes for an hour or more. I missed a SW Air check in due to them, thank gosd i dont have my telephone with this MONOPOLY, I'm in alhambra, and we have NO other providers for wifi. Centurylink only has old style telephone lines that won't do high speed. I am frustrated especially when i see their ads on tv about how good they are. Cant believe they are the biggest provider in t he USA. Our politicians have really let us down on Cable TV since it's inception. They are all crooks. We are powerless, unless a Verizon HOTSPOT would work?

No problems here. (Xfinity) TV, Internet and phone have been fine since 0600. (Lake Deaton)

No problems here. Last week when they were working on it was the only outage I have ever experienced and we've had Comcast for many years.

No problems here, but I did see an Xfinity truck on our street at about 6:45 this morning. The technician walked between two houses.....the one next to mine...with tools.....there is a cable box back there....and left in a short while. Not sure if this related to what has happened or not, but it does seem early to have techs out, so maybe checks to prevent further problems were taking place.

Have had Comcast for 10 years....they have always been quick to respond to problems we might be having....cable cut during landscaping, defective box, and as for outages.....not often at all.

We were out this morning also. After lunch we unplugged the TV and let it reboot and it's fine now..........

XFnity box out in hillsborough. Other boxes work. Recording acknowledged they are aware of problem.

My comcast cable modem kept dropping the wireless signal since the blackout.I took it up to the Comcast store and they replaced with a newer larger model.Very good signal now.

My comcast system goes out every so often. I have a bundle with Internet cable and phone. It gets very annoying when my phone service goes out. I would like a land line that is not hooked to cable.,like ATT in Michigan. does anyone know where I can get a land line not linked to cable?
