After watching a show and seeing what a despicable person the prosecutor is, I really think she was unjustly accused. What do you think?

I haven't followed the case alot, but from the issues about the DNA evidence, etc, I hope that they acquit her and her boyfriend; under our standards, at least, I think there is reasonable doubt. Jury getting ready to come back soon, according to the news.

The only fact I can see is that the prosecutors screwed up the case, and ought to pay a price for their evidence manipulation, etc. Guilty or not guilty? Hard to say. You'll have to check with Nancy Grace, she knows everything!

That's a toughie...probably by US standards from what I have heard she would have been acquitted. I will say innocent.

I tried major criminal cases for 31 years. Only those who heard the evidence should make the judgment.
That said.. IF the conviction was based primarily on the DNA.. and it is has been disputed by the court appointed experts, the verdict should be not guilty based upon reasonable doubt. |

Nancy Grace is to busy trying to perfect her dance steps now ! She needs to step it up. Amanda, innocent I'm thinking due to lack of good clean evidence.
