Panera does sell sprouted grain dinner rolls but not bread.

I asked at Publix and Win Dixie, but neither have even heard of sprouted grains.

Look in the frozen foods section. Ezekial (brand) may have what you're looking for. Also try the Green Apple on 441/27 in Fruitland Parkbark. It's in a strip mall near Microtel and Oakwood Restaurant.

Not sure about any fresh bread, but Fresh Market and Publix both carry the Ezekial products in their frozen food sections.

I forgot to mention that I had found Ezekial in Publix, but no fresh sprouted grain bread.

I will try Green Apple when I get back to TV next week.

thanks,

You can make a wonderfull loaf yourself. Look for a bread maker with a dough cycle, 2 pound but only make 1 # of dough at a time. When the dough cycle is finished, remove and put in a loaf pan to rise and bake in the oven. I never bake in the bread maker...side crust is not nice and I don't like the hole in the bottom. The dough is wonderful, but don't try to make too much at a time. Google for recipes and instructions for sprouting, wheat berries are at Fresh Market.

The French baker at Saturday morning farmers market in Brownwood had fresh sprouted grains bread last weekend.
