Default Ziplining...wowee!

I checked one more thing off of my bucket list. My friend, Susie, and I went ziplining at The Canyons Zip Line and Canopy Tours in Ocala. It was amazing! There are 9 zip lines. The scenery is beautiful! The guides are fun
and friendly. You start out with training on a small line so you feel confident once you get to the longer ziplines. We had a great time! Their number is 352-351-9477.

sounds like this could be a new and innovative means of transport between town squares! and from the historic side across 441/27!

Our 40 year old son and his two teenage children went to Cayon zip line in Ocala, last week and had a great time. They sent us photos of the beautiful scenery, apparently the canyon was once a lime quarrey. Our son said everything was "first rate" and "awesomely beautiful"

Is that the name of it--Cayon? Or maybe Canyon? I think our son & wife would enjoy this when they come down, so I'd like to look it up.

Man...I am such a wuss. I get dizzy wearing high heeled shoes and not a fan of roller coasters.

But I think I get the same wow feeling you all get on a zip line when Sweetie kisses me.

To each their own excitement.

No thanks, I'll wait for the new monorail they are building to Macy's and the Coach store.

I did it in Australia with a bunch of thirty-somethings last summer when we went over there for our son's wedding. The hardest part was climbing up the hill to the first departure point.

Scarier than that was horseback riding on the beach. You're not strapped in! I musta been nuts.

I ziplined last year with my grandson at Canyons...at first I was petrified but after the practice session and a very short first zipline for which my grandson volunteered to go first....I had to follow him and didn't have much time to think about it.....I had a blast! It was so much fun I'm going to do it again with my other two grandsons. I felt especially proud since a 6foot guy chickened out and had to go back by golfcart. Another man had to be talked into going by his girlfriend. I was a little winded from the climbing but hope to be in better shape next time.
