Default HELP Chevy Owners

Hey Chevy owners....I have a question! If you use the My Chevy App ON AN ANDROID PHONE...

When using the Map option, I can no longer locate my car. Please let me know if you can locate your vehicle. I believe you must be paying for ONSTAR in order to have this option work and so if you don't use ONSTAR, or have not used the My Chevy App "Map" option to locate your vehicle successfully in the past, please don't respond! (FYI, I'm curious if this is a problem unique to me, or affecting other My Chevy Android App users.)

I am including a photo which clearly shows that the App finds my phone location but cannot locate my car.

Thanks in advance for the help.

From MyChevrolet site, appears you need an Onstar account?

How to Use myChevrolet Mobile App | Vehicle Support | Chevy

Why isn’t my vehicle showing up in the mobile app?
If your correct vehicle isn’t appearing in the app, it is likely an account linking issue. This may be because your account is linked to an old email or you didn’t link your account when you set up your profile. It could also be because you recently made changes to your OnStar account (such as renewing or upgrading, consolidating multiple accounts, etc.) and the changes have not yet been synced. You can try logging out of and back in to the app. If you’re still having trouble, call an OnStar Advisor at (877) 558-8352 for help fixing this issue.

Thanks Carl! I know how to use the app and YES I have the required Onstar account. The map option has worked in the past. It no longer works for me. I have spoken with a local Iphone/My Chevy App user and her map option is working as it should. I have reported the problem to Onstar/Chevy -- no help from them to date! I need to find another android user to determine if the app is the issue, or not! I have tried using my phone and my wife's phone -- same problem!
