Default Interesting story of support

This happened in Ohio a Hardware store was losing business because highway construction and the down turn in economy and the big box store. They were looking at going out of business. So a group of citizens got together and started to email everyone they knew and ask people to go to the hardware store on a certain date and spend 20 dollars on something they needed or just on what ever. Needless to say the place was packed with people buying. The recovered and at last count was turning around a possible store closing.. Think of this in The Villages when you find a business that is not doing well put a post in TOTV if it may be a restaurant or any business and help them through a tough time and save a business we need here . Try it

That's been done here when the only, NEEDED gas station at Colony on 466-A was having trouble staying open, with changing ownership/management etc.

It seems they are doing okay now......despite some who refuse to pay a "whopping" 10 cents more per gallon, resulting in a whoppin' 60 cents more to fill up the golf cart.

The convenience is worth it to pay a few cents more.
