If you have their service with a contract that has ended call the customer service and request a reduction in your monthly service cost. I told them I was considering changing providers . Ask if they a have a promotion to lower my bill but without a contract. Was given a 30 dollar decrease per month for one year no contract. I thought that was reasonable.
