Well, I was close rofl. Remembered the octomom later but I'm happy to forget as much about her as possible. Georgie I might never forget -- no matter what a 17YO boy is dead because of his choices and actions.

And yeah on Harry!!!! (For those who don't know, Harry is one of Gracie's two or three kitties [depending on who you ask hehe].)

Did you know that a female Giant Pacific Octopus will reproduce only one time in her life? She lays about 20,000 eggs, guards them until they hatch, and then will die.

Just a bit of trivia from my volunteer work at The National Zoo in Washington, DC.

Hasn't this thread gotten way off the topic of George Zimmerman? It is getting a little silly. The jurys have spoken on all the issues. If you disagree with the current legal system, please lobby for changes, but right now it is the best thing we have. It may allow some low lifes to get off scott free, but it usually prevents an innocent person from getting wrongfully convicted, which is why it is such a great system.

George Zimmerman was looking for a fight the night that Trayvon Martin was shot. No one except Zimmerman is alive who truly knows how that incident went down. Very horrific and totally avoidable if he had done AS THE POLICE ASKED and stayed in his car.

I feel that what we are seeing now, is the true Zimmerman. He is an adolescent mind trapped in an adult body, feeling powerful that he got away with killing that teen, and that the law does not apply to him. Several speeding stops in multiple states, threatening his wife. Seriously were any of you actually surprised??

Zimmerman is in the same "not guilty" class as Casey Anthony and OJ. He is just not smart enough to live a low profile life, we will hear more, and none of it will be good.

He will never be citizen of the year. He is certainly not a poster child for the "stand your ground" law or the right to bear arms. He has made a mockery out of both.

I am just thankful that none of our grandchildren were taking that sidewalk in the rain on their way home that day. And I pray that he can find the self control and self esteem to stop bullying and breaking the law on a regular basis. I truly thought the gravity of the killing would have brought him to his senses, But it has only served to empower him. Very sad and very frightening.

Go Buggy. It would be easy to debate a point with one or two, but when you are attacked from five sides, it becomes difficult. Zimmerman got away with homicide clear and simple.

He got away with it that is for sure but any law that allows you to kill someone because you asked for and then are getting your ass kicked needs to be examined by the legislature. The criminal justice system was trapped by a crappy piece of legislation.

It's Sanford, not Dodge City.

I wonder what would happen if a 21 year old AfricanAmerican youth with droopy pants and gold grillz (with a CCP) was accosted by two 72 year old drunk guys in The Villages at 10pm. They told him they were going to beat him up. The two men got in a couple of drunk punches on the youth. The youth pulled his legal pistol and shot them dead. No witnesses.

How long would it take for that youth to arrested in Sumter County? Would the trial outcome be the same as for Zimmerman?

Just asking.

In an email today, the police chief of George Zimmerman's town said that Zimmerman is another "Sandy Hook" waiting to happen.

Unfortunately, there's nothing anybody can do about it. If Zimmerman were ever convicted of a felony, he would lose his right to carry a gun in Florida, but he could probably find another state that does not have that restriction.

They all seem to be enjoying this way too much. The wife didn't seem afraid to me while she was skipping around with her ipad. Now a computer forensics team is going to take the thing apart?

Do these people work? It looked like a pretty nice house, do they work?

Do these people work? I have no idea of what Zimmie or his family did prior to his killing episode, but since then they have been living pretty high off the contributions of his supporters on his websites.

The Home shown on the news was Shellie Zimmerman's PARENT'S house, not George or Shellie's....George was a investigator for a mortgage forclosure investigation/fraud company, and Shellie was going to Nursing School. George's father was a former magistrate and respected businessman. His mother was born and raised in Peru and met her husband, george's father, through George's uncle, who was in the military in Peru... Shellie's parents have not wanted to get involved in this mess for obvious reasons and it really isn't anyone's business about what they do for a living or why their house is nice. They were nice enough to let them live there during a very trying time and now we are questioning their motives and whether they are working or low lives....What is wrong with this picture? If all of you didn't know this, then you should not be commenting on their "trailer trash" status as some have rudely described them as..WOW

Thank you for answering my question (Do they work?), a simple "NO" would have sufficed.
