Walking out of the House for the last time was hard for me to do Frank. I understand your feelings. Just think how good you will feel next year at this time.

We can get together and swap stories from those NYers who told us how crazy we were and how much we will hate it in Florida.

That is if we can even remember all those that were telling us that. Best to do this while UpState is getting hammered by Lake Effect!
