Up until a few days ago the picture on our t v screen was normal,but now the picture seems to have zoomed up on the screen. The heads are cut off on the top and the ticker tapes that run across the bottom you can't read. Seems off center. Have tried to adjust the picture but nothing works. Should I call Comcast to see if they can fix it. The other tvs work fine.this tv is only 2 years old. Anyone have the same problem and did you fix it? Comcast was out the other day and was working on the box in the backyard and since then the picture is too large on our TV set.

Probably not a comcast issue. One of my TVs has a button on the remote called zoom that does exactly what you are describing. Check out your TV remote, maybe someone hit a button inadvertently.

What brand of TV?
