Default OPEN up county government!

It’s ridiculous the Sumter county office for drivers licenses, auto registration and tags, and homestead exemptions is STILL not open for face to face business. If Publix and countless retail stores can make it work, why not county government? I thought this was damn-the-risk-this-is-opened-for-business-Florida!? What I need (4 matters) cannot be done at the drive-thru window. Get your act together and OPEN! You can’t laze around forever. PS - Your web site is inaccurate.

So, why are you submitting your complaint to a bunch of old retired people living in a semi-private community? Your gripe is with the county government, so call them up and complain to them.

exactly my response to this also

perhaps the OP thought that they'd be able to get a 'hall pass' from the monitors to get a F2F with the county government folks??

heck it wasn't easy to get a 1-on-1 F2F with a government worker before covid-19....where have they been??
