Hotel Recommendations: Macon, GA

Looking for those who use Macon as a travel stop to other locations. What is a nice, clean hotel in that area?

We usually stay at a Tru Hotel (by Hilton) when traveling from MD to TV. Reasonably priced, clean, free breakfast, many locations, pet friendly. There's one in N Macon, just off I-75...
