Default Housing Market and the Illegal immigration

I believe that our government has secretly figured out how to deal with illegal immigration without having to upset pro illegal immigration. The "housing bubble" was planned by the US Government. Without houses being built there is no need for the illegals to cross the border and the hopes are that without the jobs here they will go back to Mexico. It just may work. Here is a quote from the Lexington Hearld Leader

"Francisco Beltran installed siding Wednesday at a house in Masterson Station. Beltran has seen a sharp decrease in construction work, and if things don't pick up soon, he's considering returning to Mexico after six years in the United States. His predicament is shared by many, a new study finds"

Just maybe our government is smarter than we give them credit.
