I would like to ask a question about PA law and it seems either a policeman or an attorney would be able to answer. If there are any PA TOTVers with some sort of legal background, could you please pm me? Thanks so much.

I am so surprised as there are so many PA people here in TV, none are retired police or attorneys. Yikes.
