Tell me you never watched the trial without saying you never watched the trial...

Pretty much everything you said above was incorrect...

I quoted the OP which had two links to the Arbery case.
Do you need more?

And I was being facetious, since the Rittenhouse trial most likely would also have ended differently had their not been video of the event...

Sorry if I wasn't being clear...

What does it matter if Al Sharpton was there? Maybe the family requested he be there for moral support. Regardless, he had no effect on the verdict.

I think it has been demonstrated the he did not cross state lines with the weapon in question, poor judgment going there in the first place, yes, but not to the point, having the weapon well the jury agreed to self defense, looking for trouble , you know this how?? no past history to suggest that on the other hand I think I have read something about all of the three involved have felony records, that would come out in a civil action and not aid in indicating liability on Rittenhouse's part rather indicate they were looking for "trouble" all this aside of the video of them chasing Rittenhouse, I think Rittenhouse will be on the receiving end of benefits of civil actions

The riotous perpetrators, not victims, will have their entire criminal pasts laid open. They will get nothing. Best for their families and the pistolero dude to slink away.

Why the Kyle Rittenhouse 'not guilty' verdict is not a surprise to legal experts : NPR

This explains stuff well.

Binger wanted to make a name for himself at Kyle's expense, a terrible thing to do to a law abiding 18 year old.

It would not surprise me if the prosecution team was investigated for ethics violations, fifth amendment issues, asking witnesses to lie, not producing the jump kick thug who they had identified, providing a much poorer quality video than they had belatedly to the defense and Binger mishandling the AR-15 with his finger on the trigger. Indeed, the index (trigger) finger is now being referred to as the "Binger finger" by many.
I agree. There were two things about what happened to Kyle after this event that were shocking. (1) - he was put in a cell with no running water and was not allowed to shower for one month! His skin had degraded and was infected/bleeding. When he was finally allowed to take a shower he took a 3 hour shower and his skin was a MESS! (2) - his first attorneys were more concerned about their Trump message than they were about their client. Kyle's bail was high but the Go Fund Me had raised more than enough money to bail him out and his attorneys didn't bail him out. They instead kept him in jail in this inhumane situation with no showers. It's a good thing he finally got an attorney who actually cared about his client. His former attorneys are now trying to keep the over one million dollars of the Go Fund Me money for Kyle. Scum of the earth!

My point is that it seems to me that he only wants to widen the gap between the races for personal gain. He never has a positive message. Most posters agree that justice was served in the trial, but, I don't see what role Al Sharpton had other than to get paid to show up. Maybe I am missing something, but I have never heard him suggest anything constructive to improve race relations.
