Default Shopping Malls

At Larry Wilson's suggestion, here's a thread where people can post info about shopping malls they like that are within reasonable driving distance from TV. We can all define "reasonable driving distance" however we'd like, I reckon! I know there have been references to other area malls/shopping areas in various posts on TOTV. But this thread should help consolidate everyone's input.

Suggestion: Posting a link to the mall info and/or some specific details (location/directions, stores, etc.) will be helpful to those who might not be familiar with it.

Default Thanks Bill

There is a small mall in Ocala too. Some good ones in Orlando area.

Villagegolfer suggested Millenium Mall ( biggest beautiful mall in Orlando area) for a trip at Christmas time. Beautiful decorations.

Thanks Larry, Bill and everyone else.

As a man I HATE to go shopping. However, there are times when it's obligatory. If that happens I jump on the Florida Turnpike and head straight for The Mall at Millenia in Orlando. It has all the high-end stores, excellent restaurants, valet parking and is spotless inside. Easy to get to and a place I feel comfortable for maybe two hours (including lunch) and then I want to get back to the reservation.

We have 3 malls that are closer than Orlando to TV. There is one in Leesburg on 441. There is also one in Ocala on 200, and another one in Crystal River on 19. The nicer drive is to Crystal River. Go west on 44 past Wildwood and past Inverness to Crystal River. Turn North (right) and the mall is on the right about a mile or two.

Isn't Millenia Mall a right turn at that off ramp?
