You can use his for live tracking or live updates like weather delays. Just put in the Airline and the flight number. Recently used it and showed weather delay which saved me half hour of waiting.

I travel weekly and have used FlightBoard for the past two years. Hasn't let me down yet. Can pull up departures and arrivals by airport and airlines and can track incoming flights that make up your departures giving you the opportunity to change flights if necessary.
