We gave up trying to get waited on at Lowe's when shopping for kitchen appliances. The people who were working there were with customers, but the store seemed to be really understaffed. Selling appliances takes a while and they needed backup in the department. That's all I know because we left and went to Home Depot. I think with big stores it is often the luck of the draw.

We had Cooleroos installed by Lowes and all went well. No problems and we love them.

I have bought several appliances at Lowes and never a problem. I always know what model and brand I want before going to the store. I check Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy and compare prices before buying too. Their prices sometimes vary a lot.

I used Lowes in Lady Lake for a washer and dryer. I called from out of town to get delivery during a trip to TV and gave them the online price on Lowes.com and they beat it.
