At the bottom of the page there is a contact us area that might work. Alternatively you can post your question online and sometimes you will get a reply. If you just want to complain that you believe you are being treated unfairly, expect no satisfaction. If you want to know the rules of the website, there is an option for that at the page bottom as well.
