Mortgage Rates
I'd like to get a pre-approval letter before coming to house hunt in two weeks. What are the rates in the various banks near TV? Does everyone just go with Citizens First? What are the names of some of the other banks and what has been your experience? Thanks.

There is a thread introduced today also that also discusses this. Muncle has given an excellent reply. Almost all banks in our area were in or near TV as well.
