Default Need Help Finding Sesame St.

Does anyone know what time Sesame St. airs daily, and the name of the network? Specifically I am looking for it on DirecTV, but if I know the name of the network, I could go from there and find the channel number.

I've googled, but there are many different hits that don't seem to help.

Thanks for any help!

I believe PBS stations normally broadcast that programming.

Click the MENU button, click SEARCH AND BROWSE, SMART SEARCH. You'll need to type in the letters for what you are looking for. I do that for my grandchildren's favorite programs and record them for a week before they come. Let me know if you can't get it to work and I'll give you my phone number to call me and I'll walk you through it.

CF - are you upgrading your video entertainment? Sesame St. Is actually (or at least used to be) pretty good show. I bet it has been 35 years since my kids watched it.

I did find it on channel 24, thanks. The show is actually used as part of a baby Quaker parrot training program. Put a child's colorful, noisy show on at the same time every day and name it TV Time. Helps the bird establish a sense of "time," which can become useful when you're leaving him for a few days.

Maybe Big Bird will become Little Farley's role model!

The first time my husband saw Sesame Street (1974), his reaction was, "I take it Big Bird is not the mental giant..."
