I went to see the community and was told by a salesperson the townhomes have a bond of $13,000 and the single family homes have a bond of $17,000.

Most of the national builders are having this same problem. Pulte in the del Webb communities is a good example.

A lot of misinformation here on this thread.
D R Horton has been building homes since 1978. Their HDQ is in Arlington, Texas. They built our home in Texas and many for others I have known. They are a publicly traded Corp and have a stellar reputation. Perhaps their quality has slipped; I don’t know but it has been excellent in the past. We all have different experiences . Our Story |
