Default Off the Payroll

Today is a good day!!! Both of my daughters graduated from Iowa State yesterday. Both Architects. One in Building Architecture, the second in Landscape Architecture.

It's like getting a pay raise!!!

Keeping an eye open for a Boomerang.

I believe that the parents should get to walk across the stage and receive the diplomas and their " students " should give them a standing ovation !

The speaker was a Brigadier General (an ISU Grad). He took time to thanks the parents and told the "students" to give their parents a standing O. He also told all the mom's Happy Mother's Day!! Very Cool.

We're a TV minority.............sub-55. We are closing one chapter and excited about starting our next chapter being a Villager. I started planning young, my first visit to TV was at 42. Ten years and four visits later, we purchased last year.

Did I just hear a Town Square whistle??? I need a cocktail.

Both girls, not twins (one year apart). The oldest chased a boy to a MN college, but only to have a broken heart.

The Architecture Degrees are five year programs, so one has six years of college, the other has five.
