All right you guys. I’m having trouble pealing the wrapper off of the tube, it breaks off in small pieces. I know how to break open the tube.

Just pulling your chain since it is the only thread we all seem to be allowed to comment on without getting shut down...LOL

That would be known as the "stand your ground cinnamon" law.

This reminded me of an old Hardee's commercial that showed some young guys struggling to open a can of biscuits. They just decided to go to Hardee's for breakfast instead. I've had issues after opening a can because the dough wasn't perforated properly and was hard to tear apart.

they made it harder to open because of a class action lawsuit by overweight folks

It hasn't worked. 70 percent of the adult population is overweight.

I would smack against laminated counter top but not granite. Rock don’t take vibrations well.

We all have had a lot of fun with this, but I'm betting most of us have had an issue opening one of these things on one or more occasions. Delima, you are not alone. Just keep trying to get a hold on the tag. When I have trouble trying to grab it (the tag on the tube, you jokesters), I find needle nose pliers help. But I have found a better way for biscuits. Make my own with the help of Bisquick pancake and baking mix. Mix, milk, 8 to 10 minutes in the oven and great, "homemade" biscuits. You can make formed or drop (my preference) style. Cold mornings nothing beats homemade biscuits and sausage gravy.
Give homemade a try and once you see how easy it is you will only resort to the tube stuff in a pinch.
Good luck and thanks for the fun.

I,know. Some of these are pretty funny. My husband is having cinnamon roll cravings. Every morning he would have a cinnamon roll instead of a cigarette as he quit a few years ago and got the addiction for cinnamon rolls made by pillsbury.

Now it's time to whip up some of your own semi-homemade cinnamon rolls. With help from a mix, like Bisquick, making the dough is pretty quick and simple. Then add to the dough things like raisins, craisins, walnuts, etc. Or put the additional ingredients on top if you prefer. Store bought frosting when they come out of the oven. Make them whatever size you want.
You will be the new super hero "Cinnamon Roll Woman".
