out of business but just decided to slip into the forever going out of business mode of operating.

Maybe not, but for a company that filed for bankruptcy (supposedly) over a month ago and supposedly selling to the walls starting a month ago....the store is chock full of inventory...does not look like an establishment going out of business (like Circuit City for example).
