Just watched this link and thought that there may be some of you out there who might be interested in this. I thought it was well explained and fascinating to watch the process. Gregg Brandon is a well respected "visionary author" who has written many books and articles on many of the "deep questions" about life. He speaks to the layman in very understandable language, despite the fact the the topics are often very complex. Hope you enjoy this short clip. IMHO the message is well worth incorporating to maintain good health. Enjoy!!
