I'm with 55 at least you can build back from cliff (which is this case built too close to the edge) with sink holes like the lottery hit or miss which you have no control over to where the next hit will be.

We were in Texas for a graduation and had dinner at White Bluffs resort. We drove by this home just the day before the cliff fell. I had admired the house and said..oh, I want that house. N
