Default Screened Front Entry

I asked this same question in 2013 when we bought our house and am asking again 10 years later.

Who did you use to screen in your front entry and were you happy
with the outcome?

My Husband is always cleaning the entry and we have a lot of
wasps building homes. Tired of the mess & upkeep.

Thanks in advance.

Peppermint plants (in pots) and peppermint oil will also keep wasps away.

First, you will need ARC approval, I did our screen enclosure on the front patio. Outside of cost, my main reason was I wanted something that could be removed if the next owner did not like it. We are very happy with the screening as we have very few insects or anoles getting in. The downside is that we need to power wash the concrete more often. I may have to look at the drainage in this area.
My cost was around $600 if I remember correctly, contractor cost between $2000 and $3000.
We had A+ screens do repair work on our birdcage (after Ian) and I like their work and price. I understand they also do the framework, so I would give them a call.
